The things we left behind.

This is the home we left behind.
It was bought as a new start,
 but finances kept us from finishing the re-modeling.

This is the view from our bed.
We later found out that the neighbors were peeping
toms (and a peeping jane).

We were at a rest stop on our way to my parents
for Christmas dinner.

The snow!
We are not upset about leaving the cold behind.

However,
The snow itself was beautiful.
We miss making snowmen with the granddaughters.

The ducks at the park in Kalamazoo.
Often going to the park to watch the ducks,
play on the playground,
or just enjoy the nature.

They were the hardest thing to leave behind.
We also left behind The Little Goat kids, and a grandson.
We miss them all as well as other family.
